1. What is your current research focus?
My research focuses on tumour heterogeneity and the expressional differences between primary and recurrent glioblastoma cells.
2. What made you interested in pursuing cancer research?
I’ve always been interested in the human brain and the diseases that plague it. Glioblastoma leaves patients with a very poor prognosis, and many current treatments are ineffective against it, so I hope my research can uncover some new therapeutic angles for targeting this disease.
3. What are your interests outside the CDCR and the lab?
Outside of the lab, I’m an avid player of video games and tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons, and I love going for walks with my two dogs.
