Yujin Suk awarded a Research Training Award from Canadian Cancer Society
Yujin Suk, MD/PhD student, in the Singh lab won one of the inaugural Research and Training awards at the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) for her work in the “Development of novel immunotherapeutic targets for Group 3 medulloblastoma”
According to the CCS website, “this award is intended to support growth and innovation in the next generation of diverse cancer researchers across Canada at the Master’s, Doctoral and Postdoctoral levels. It will support individuals in conducting cancer related research while fostering long term connections with Canada’s cancer research ecosystem through a combination of exposures to other disciplines, knowledge translation, engagement, and mentorship opportunities.”
